Summit Ridge Corporate Centre will be a modern Class A office building in Calgary, Alberta. Warm oak-toned cladding and pale stone panels frame a glass facade that lights up the evening landscape.
The building has three floors of offices, a lobby, a lounge, a landscaped ground-level terrace and an underground parkade. Construction begins in November 2026, and we are hiring now for every phase.

A continuous air barrier, R-24 walls, an R-50 roof and heat-recovery ventilation keep heating costs low and the building targets LEED Gold.

Site works and excavation
November 2026 to February 2027
Clearing, utilities, excavation and the underground parkade.
Hiring: Equipment operators, concrete finishers, laborers and surveyors.

Foundations and structure
March to August 2027
Concrete foundations, suspended decks and the steel and concrete frame rise floor by floor.
Hiring: Ironworkers, concrete finishers, carpenters and formwork crews.

Envelope and enclosure
July to December 2027
Curtain wall glazing, stone and oak cladding and roofing close the building before winter.
Hiring: Carpenters, framers, glaziers and roofers.

Electrical, mechanical and interiors
October 2027 to March 2028
Power, plumbing and HVAC go in, followed by oak millwork, terrazzo and finishes.
Hiring: Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, drywall, millwork and flooring crews.

Commissioning and opening
April to June 2028
Systems testing, final inspections, landscaping and handover to the first tenants.
Hiring: Superintendents, commissioning crews and cleanup teams.

Worker questions
Who can apply?
Anyone with the skills for the role. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Ask our hiring team if you have questions about your status.
Do I need a Red Seal or trade certificate?
Journeyperson roles need a trade certificate or equivalent proof of qualification. Apprentices need a current registration with their provincial apprenticeship authority.
Which site tickets are required?
WHMIS, fall protection and first aid are standard. If you are missing one, tell us and we will help you complete it during orientation.
What are the hours and pay?
Standard site hours are Monday to Friday, with overtime scheduled in advance. Pay follows collective agreements or market rates, and we confirm it at your interview.
Can newcomers to Canada apply?
Yes. We welcome applications from newcomers who are authorized to work in Canada. Our team can explain how your credentials are recognized in Alberta.
How soon will I hear back?
